About

Allister Eather is a contemporary landscape painter based in Sydney. His work explores the changing moods and colours of the Australian bush, in particular the mountains and valleys of the Snowy and Blue Mountains regions of NSW. He completed his Bachelor's Degrees in Visual Arts at the University of Newcastle majoring in Plant and Wildlife Illustration. After graduating he spent the next 2 years abroad before relocating to Melbourne where he launched a successful career in Graphic Design. All roads have led back to Sydney where he continues to pursue his passion for art through his gouache, oil and watercolour work.
